These are toffee shaped pasta stuffed with Parma ham and Parmesan cheese complemented with a light semi sweet sauce. Simplicity is the key for this dish, it’s easy but yet very flavour intense!
1. Put the pasta in a pot of boiling water. Leave to cook until ready.2. In the meantime start preparing the sauce.3. Start off with a little olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then toss in the chopped onion until sweated.4. Mix in the bacon, curry and the pine nuts.5. Finally add in the honey and fresh basil and drizzle a little cream to finish the sauce. 6. Mix the pasta and sauce together in a pan and there you go….a simple dish , easy, fast but suprisingly tasty!
