For me, from the dishes I cook nothing is complicated.

When I see the customers enjoying the food I prepared.
Who cooks at home?
I am the cook at home when I am off from work because I like to spoil my family by cooking them a nice meal.

Fresh Cipullazz

 The skill of cooking fresh fish should not be underestimated, each chef has his own secrets which are rarely revealed. Trying it out will surely make you appreciate the talents of the Don Berto kitchen team even more.

Ingredients
  • 3 Celery Sticks  
  • 1 medium Carrots
  • 1 Onions
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Capers
  • 10 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 5 Basil Leaves
  • ½ ltr Dry White Wine
  • ½ ltr Fish Stock
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Olive Oil
Method

Fry the vegetables in olive oil.
Add the wine and reduce.
Add the fish stock, and bring to the boil and simmer for ½ hour.
Put the fish in the juice which you prepared and boil for 10 to 20 mins depending the size of the fish.  
Add the basil in the last 2 mins of the cooking time .
