Pizza Fugazza

Renowned for their star pizzaioli, Pizza, Pasta e Basta present one of their most popular pizzas on our LetsGoDine.com restaurant pages. A pizza you can now try in the comfort of your own home. Its is a pizza with a delciate taste, complimented with Parmeggiano flakes.

We’re not promising it’s going to taste as scrumptious as they make it but why not give it a try!

Ingredients
  • Pizza Dough
  • Onions
  • Pancetta
  • Fresh Sage
  • Kalamata Olives
  • Basil Pesto
  • Garlic,
  • Parmeggiano
  • Mozzarella
    
Method

Cook the onions in Olive Oil, add the Sage, the Pancetta already cut in small pieces & add the Kalamata Olives.  Leave to cool. 
Open Pizza Dough, add the mixture & top with shredded mozzarella. 
Cook in a pizza oven for about 6 minutes, take out, dress the pizza with Basil Pesto and top with Parmeggiano shavings.
Serve.
