Prawns jumped in apple soy sauce and finished with apple soy

  • Cream Apple Juice

Method
  1. Peel the prawns and devaine, prepare the apple sauce in advance, prepare also the apple soy cream in advance, cut the vegetables Asian style.

  2. Balance the vegetables,heat up the Wok and add oil. Fry some ginger and fresh garlic Julienn.

  3. Add the prawns and fry till firm to bite. Add the apple sauce and the vegetables and finish with the apple soy cream.

  4. Bring to boil and simmer for 2/3 minutes and serve.
