Gift vouchers
- The voucher may not be redeemed for cash
- Only one voucher may be presented per meal or event
- The voucher excludes beverages and applies only to food.
- The voucher is subject to restaurant reservation. Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance.
- The voucher is not valid on weekends and public holidays
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for any other gift.
Competitions
- World Cup 2010 Competition – Only people over 18 years of age may register for this competition.
- World Cup Competition - The wines given are chosen by employees of Attard and Co Ltd and cannot be exchanged for any other cash prize or gift
- Participants & Winners of all competitions give their express permission for their photos, comments, interviews or other material in relation to their participating in and winning the competition to be used for LetsGoDine.com publicity material.
- Winners in all competitions will be chosen by LetsGoDine.com. LetsGoDine.com reserves the right to eliminate any participant from the competition if they do not fullfill the terms & conditions hereof.
- Participation by each registered member is limited to one time for each competition.
Travel Competitions in collaboration with Air Malta
- Tickets issued by Air Malta to winners of this competition are non-transferable.
- Any changes to flights awarded or the names of the persons to whom the tickets are issued which are requested after the said tickets have been issued will only be permitted at a charge of Euro 35 payable to Airmalta plc. ;
- Tickets are to be utilized solely according to the Airmalta terms & conditions.
- Tickets are to be utilised by the winners within one year from date of the letter awarded. Validity period of the said tickets will not be extended beyond the original term.
- Flight Bookings are to be made through the Marketing & PR Airmalta department on telephone number 22 999 152, at least 21 days prior to the intended dates of travel and this depends on availability of seats.
- Ticket cannot be utilized during peak seasons of tourism ie. a week before and after Easter and Christmas respectively, during the month of August, and during the month of October for travel to Germany.
- Passenger utilizing tickets won through this competition cannot form part of a group or tour.
- All flights being granted under this agreement, or indeed under any carriage by air provided by Air Malta will be subject to Air Malta’s General Conditions of Carriage prevailing at the time of travel as well as the relevant applicable International Convention (such as Montreal/Warsaw) and all and any limitations contained therein.
- Flight bookings and ticketing arrangements are to be made solely through the Marketing & Product department
- LetsGoDine.com is not responsible or in any way involved with the administration of these tickets.

- Restaurant Bookings from www.letsgodine.com must be effected with the restaurant of your choice at least 24hours prior to your reservation
- All bookings are subject to the availability of the restaurant
- All reservation changes, special requests or cancellations should be made directly with the restaurant
- LetsGoDine.com are not in any way responsible for changes in bookings and/or any unbooked dates/times.
LetsGoDine.com may change or add to these terms and conditions for security, legal or regulatory reasons. We will not use this right to vary the terms of any special offer that applies to you.
